Planning + Organization

An investment of time that pays future dividends

Coach. Cheerleader. Problem Solver. Space Magician.

I love helping people. Especially those who have experienced a change in life and find their space no longer serves their needs. It brings me joy to come along side them to help them get started, set up better systems, do the heavy lifting, and give them a renewed outlook on life!

Plans Change

I planned to work for Harry Loyle until he retired which probably would have never happened. But that all changed one cold December day in 2020, when I learned of his unexpected passing.

Back in 2003, Harry bought the assets of MotoPhoto, Inc. and I became his project manager. Anything near and dear to his heart that needed to happen became something I tackled and made reality.

Years later, we joked that I was the last asset that remained from the acquisition. I learned so much from him and expanded my capabilities during those 18 years. I developed a love for photography and was involved in an organization that was on the cutting-edge of the digital revolution. I learned about franchising and what it took to build a world-class franchisor and what it’s like to be a franchisee. I learned about mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning and what it takes for an entrepreneur to be successful as they lead an organization.

One of the core philosophies we shared during our consulting sessions was PLAN-WORK-RESULTS: with a little more planning, you do less work, and get better results.

This, along with my gift for organizing things and desire to serve people, created the foundation for PLANization. It is my honor to carry on Harry’s legacy and share the teachings he instilled in me with the PLANization Community.

Everyone who wants results can benefit from a little more planning!

    • Functionally. We develop processes that are easy to maintain, so life flows better.
    • Psychologically. We ensure everything has been thought about and is in its place.
